Big Bear City, California - BigBearCity.com is excited to announce a fireworks show on Sunday, May 28 in honor of the Memorial Weekend holiday. The show will be conducted from on the water near Pine Knot Marina, similar to the Independence Day fireworks. This allows the show to be viewed from nearly any shoreline location and many trails with lake views.
The fireworks show will begin at approximately 9 PM or when the sun has completely gone down. To enhance the patriotic experience, the local radio station KBHR will host a musical accompaniment to the show, available on 93.3 and 102.5 FM.
"We are thrilled to host a Memorial Weekend fireworks show in Big Bear City," said Theodore Trentman, spokesperson for BigBearCity.com. "This is a great opportunity for families and friends to come together and celebrate the holiday while enjoying the beautiful lake views of Big Bear. We encourage everyone to find a spot along the shoreline, bring a picnic blanket, and enjoy the show."
The Memorial Weekend fireworks show is just one of the many events happening this holiday weekend. Visitors can also enjoy the Grill & Chill BBQ Festival & Competition, a two-day beer tasting festival, and a family-friendly Kids Zone.
