Now Casting: Head Cooks of Small-Scale San Bernardino Mountain Restaurants!
Are you a head cook with a flair for creating mouthwatering dishes? Do you run a small-scale restaurant in the San Bernardino mountains? "Kitchen Klash" is looking for talented chefs like you to compete in our new cooking show that celebrates local eateries and the spirit of competition!
Description:
We are on the hunt for head cooks from the San Bernardino mountain area who are ready to put their culinary skills to the test. Each 30-minute episode will feature two chefs going head-to-head to create a signature dish that showcases their unique style and the rich culinary culture of the mountains. It’s a chance to promote your restaurant, engage with the community, and have a bit of competitive fun!
Roles:
- Head Cooks: We're seeking charismatic and skilled chefs who are passionate about their craft and their restaurant's role in the local community. Must be comfortable with on-camera presence and have a genuine love for cooking.
How to Apply:
Send us an email to [Ted@BigBear.TV] with "Kitchen Klash Application" in the subject line. Please include the following:
- A brief bio introducing yourself and your culinary background.
- A description of your restaurant, including photos or a link to your website.
- A short video (no longer than 3 minutes) giving us a tour of your restaurant and demonstrating one of your favorite dishes to prepare.
- Your contact information and availability for filming.
Requirements:
- Must be the head cook of a small-scale restaurant located in the San Bernardino mountains.
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Must be available for filming as per the production schedule and willing to travel to the communal outdoor kitchen space or hosting restaurant if required.
